The Czech Republic is certainly landlocked. At places like MANÚ Risto one can imagine that the lapping of the Vltava River is actually the Mediterranean – almost. The quality of the plates have a hand in this, as do the pitchers of Italian wine. Located on a narrow strip of land that juts out into the river. This restaurant provides mostly outdoor seating and has great views of the colorful building facades of the New Town. It also looks upon the iconic National Theater.
