Above all, the fabulous food served is designed by a young, and extremely talented Czech Chef Ondřej Koráb. His education includes training with several top Michelin masters. His experience was working directly under chef Chris Staines, whom he worked with while at the Foliage restaurant in London. Whilst in London he also spent long periods of time working with the acclaimed French gourmet Daniel Boulud, as well as the world known promoter of molecularly cuisine, Heston Blumenthal.
Ingredients sourced from selected Czech farmers are used in the seasonal menu, hence the fresh clean flavours. The historic center of Prague is where the hotel is located. Close to the Prague City Hall, the Powder Tower and Old Town Square. This luxury property is located in the building of a palatial villa of the XVII century, and will therefore impress you with its elegance.
