In 2005, Chef Riccardo Lucque opened Aromi, an Italian seafood restaurant. He prioritizes natural ingredients, organic products, and imports authentic Italian specialties, ensuring top quality through personal supplier relationships.

Aromi features a central table with fine cheeses and an extensive olive oil selection. The outdoor café seats up to 40 guests in warm weather. Its wine list boasts 300 Italian labels and over 100 types of grappa, affirming its status as a top Prague restaurant.

Aromi as an Prague top restaurants has received many prestigious international awards for its quality of services. For nine consecutive years, between 2006 to 2014, it was awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand award. In 2005, Aromi was name the best new restaurant in the Czech Republic by Condé Nast Traveler. It was also ranked among the top 10 new restaurants in the world. In the same year, the restaurant received the Grand Award Top Ten Best Restaurant Award from the public.
