Above all, the fabulous food served is designed by a young, and extremely talented Czech Chef Ondřej Koráb. His education includes training with several top Michelin masters. His experience was working directly under chef Chris Staines, whom he worked with while at the Foliage restaurant in London. Whilst in London he also spent long periods of time working with the acclaimed French gourmet Daniel Boulud, as well as the world known promoter of molecularly cuisine, Heston Blumenthal.
