Marina Ristorante is both a beautiful modern, and also a chic, floating dining room which fulfills all the criteria for new age gastronomy. Furthermore, Marina Restaurant has three floors;  A modern open kitchen dominates the middle part of the lower deck.  Preparation of all meals take place directly In front of guests’ eyes.  The upper, deck deck is the perfect setting not only for a peaceful and beautiful views of the Charles Bridge, but also is an ideal place for to embrace the sun shining down from behind the castle perched up on its hill on the opposing bank.

The boat itself has been built on the base of a cargo boat. Construction work started in July 2009 and the project had been finally  finished a year later, in July 2010. It is a converted riverboat housing a smart, cozy, Italian restaurant with an open kitchen & city-wide views.

This “floating restaurant” continues as being a favourite destination for tourists and locals alike.

The specialties of the local cuisine include for example, fresh sea wolf fillet with couscous and seafood or Spaghetti allo scoglio – reef fruits (hearts, mussels, shrimps, seafood) in a slightly spicy sauce.
