EVENT DETAILS :
A themed incentive event for a corporate client, in which we created the atmosphere and ambiance of the roaring 1920’s. Guest were first picked up by classical cars from the era, and were then treated to Champagne while on their way to the party. At the party we provided guests with themed costumes from the 20’s including zoot suits, gowns, and of course, boa’s and Gatsby era hats.
Guests were then greeted in by the sounds of a big band ensemble and actors playing the roles of guys and gals out to paint the town red. A fun photo booth area, complete with props, was setup to help everybody capture their excitement and memories on film.
The room was decorated with vintage memorabilia such as gramophones and old penny-farthing high-wheeled bicycles. Guests were treated to a Charleston and Lindy Hop dance performance by a troop of professional dancers who then went on to instruct guests on some basic steps.
