The Chef’s inspiration comes from his years of cooking and traveling in Asia, his recollections of the streets of Southeast Asia, local life, food, culture and customs.

Chef Shahaf Shabtay’s vision is brought to life in every bite, blending bold spices, fresh ingredients, and innovative techniques. The award winning SaSaZu brings you closer to Southeast Asia, not only with its cuisine, but also by giving you a sense of tradition.
