SaSaZu is definitely a fun Prague restaurant. The Chef’s creation is the alchemy and combination of tastes, colors, sounds, passion and design. As a result, they are all brought together to create an enchanting experience. The Chef’s inspiration comes from his years of cooking and traveling in Asia, his recollections of the streets of Southeast Asia, local life, food, culture and customs.
As is often the story in myths when all the stars align to show you the greatness of the universe, all the flavors of Asia have aligned to bring you Fun Prague restaurant SaSaZu. SaSaZu is Chef Shahaf Shabtay´s imagination brought to life in every bite. It is then brought together to offer your palette an unforgettable trip.
The award winning SaSaZu brings you closer to Southeast Asia, not only with its cuisine, but also by giving you a sense of tradition. The restaurant offers a large variety of dishes from Vietnam, Cambodia, as well as Indonesia. This is based on five major Asian culinary practices: Sambal, Otak-Otak, Roti, Flame and Tai-Tai Grill. All are based on the freshest ingredients available by the team in SaSaZu.
