EVENT DETAILS : EGM South Coast was a large international conference being hosted to discuss the long term care of the aging population across the globe, as well as the medical complications that are involved in dealing with the elderly and their specific challenges.
Due to the size of this conference, we immediately determined that the best way to manage this program was to establish several management teams for each facet of the program. A number of hotels were utilized to accommodate all attendees and each evening included social programs coordinated at a number of restaurants in the city at the same time.
The conference was comprised of several companies, which were presenting their services at the conference. Many presenting company wanted to host their own separate events for their clients, which we had managed at a number of amazing venues throughout the city. All events were held within a 4-day window, several on the same day, and most included elaborate entertainment programs.SERVICES :
